I am a person centred therapist which means I will work with whatever you want to bring into the sessions. My passion is driven by understanding relationships and looking at trauma.
I am an integrative counsellor which means I work with whatever you bring into our sessions whilst being curious about your past, your relationships and what's going on in your unconscious. We are a product of our past but when we can make sense of what is going on with us and how we became the person we are today, we can start to make choices on who and how we want to be now. Thus, empowering you to create the future you have been striving for. My training includes working with psychodynamic theory - unconscious process and understanding defences etc. I can also work with couples. I am fully trained to work with you on various platforms, face to face, online or over the telephone.
