BACP registered counsellor, accredited coach, clinical supervisor, and mental health nurse with over 30 years of experience in the helping professions. I aim to offer a confidential, and accepting environment for you to be completely yourself and to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe way. The hope is to understand what may be underlying the challenges you have and to find ways to move forward with your life in a positive and enabling way.
My approach is integrative, applying several therapies including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Existential. These terms can seem quite daunting so please do ask more about what they mean and how they may work for you in a counselling setting. The most important thing is that they are tailored to you and what you find most enabling and energising.

I am able to provide you with a rich and enabling online supervision experience, linked to your area of professional practice, whether that is as counsellor/ therapist, a nurse or healthcare professional. I have over 30 years of clinical supervision experience, mainly within healthcare settings.
Humanisitic approaches - Gestalt, Existential and TA, in particular. Supervision of those delivering therapy/ counselling to Adults (18 years plus.)
