I am an experienced, qualified and BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist. As a person-centred, integrative therapist, I use a range of tools and approaches (including CBT) to adapt to your individual needs. I offer a free 30min 'getting-to-know' session where we can discuss what brings you to counselling and what you would like to get out of it. I offer short-term and long-term work, both online and in-person.
At some stage in our lives we may all hit a low point or crisis. Depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, separation, bereavement, illness, relationship issues, work-related issues and other profound life challenges can leave us feeling sad, distraught, helpless or hopeless. Counselling can offer you confidential and safe space to talk. It supports you in developing ways to cope and improve things. I will meet you with empathy, impartiality and without judgement and abide by the BACP and the ACTO Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer both short-term and long term work; day-time and evening appointments available. I work in private practice based in Worthing, West Sussex.
