A professional therapist since 2006, I work with people to understand their journey so far in life and to work out the best way forward.
A former English language teacher, I trained as a psychodynamic therapist in London and have worked since then in Christchurch, Dorset. When I am not working with clients, I like to be outdoors. I love reading, socialising with family and friends, swimming in the sea, and exploring the Jurassic coast.
I think that we are shaped by a complex mixture of inherited personality traits, childhood expereinces, and multi-generational family history. Understanding ourselves better enables us to find better and more creative ways forward in life. I aim to help people discover more about themselves, make the most of the time they have, and enjoy the relationships around them.
I work with individual adults only. I work face-to-face in Christchurch, Dorset, online on Zoom, by email, and outdoors for walk & talk therapy.
All forms of stuckness, confusion, transition to a new life chapter, work changes, family problems and general life stress.
£25 for an initial consultation, £50 per session thereafter, face-to-face or online.
