I have been working with individuals for ten years offering a flexible approach to psychotherapy that is driven by your current needs. I offer a safe, confidential, professional and non-judgmental space to share any issues, events, worries, traumas and challenges. I can support you to find a life worth living and one that reflects your values and goals.
My practice is underpinned by the psychodynamic approach and I integrate my further professional training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to provide a new approach to each unique individual.

Hi, I've been working online and in person for over ten years as a psychotherapist. As a trained supervisor I can offer you a place to develop your practice and skills.
Our clients often present with anxiety and depressive symptoms and my specialty is supporting you to manage these symptoms but also to look at what could be going on with the client that they are finding hard to acknowledge and understand.
I'm a psychodynamic practitioner and so have a breadth of academic history to draw from. I keep this current with the working groups that I participate in. As well as my private practice, I've been working in EAP, IAPT and university settings since I qualified so my specialty is in adapting to the client's needs, quickly. As as supervisor, I can help navigate the ever changing online world and to support you to with the demands and needs of our clients.
