Are you pregnant or a new parent? Are you struggling with sickness, exhaustion, anxiety, low mood or symptoms of trauma after a difficult birth? There are many reasons that pregnancy and birth may not feel like the magical experiences we have been told to expect. If you are finding it hard to enjoy pregnancy or parenthood our team of specialist Clinical Psychologists can help.

As a Clinical Psychologist, mum of three and entrepreneur I understand the emotional rollercoaster that comes with parenthood. If you work with me or one of our specialist psychologists we will help you understand why your brain and body are reacting in this way so you can take control and be the person and parent you want to be.

If you are struggling you may believe there is something "wrong" with you but the truth is all mental health problems happen for a reason. We will help you work out why your difficulties began in the first place so we can offer you the most effective therapy.

We offer a range of therapies that can help you feel like yourself again. We can help you to manage severe pregnancy sickness, deal with the after-effects of a difficult birth or overcome anxiety and depression. Our team of specialist psychologists offer evidence-based psychological therapy (including CBT, CFT, ACT & EMDR).

We work with parents at any stage of their journey, including those currently trying to conceive right the way through to parents with grown-up children who are still struggling with the effects of a difficult pregnancy, birth or post-natal experience.
