I have over 20 years’ experience working with a range of psychological and emotional issues. In my approach, I focus on understanding the root causes of issues, which may include trauma, bereavement, and low self-esteem. This helps each client find their own unique path to healing and recovery. We'll discover practical strategies to break long-term destructive habits, establish new routines and relationships, and cope with everyday situations.

My areas of interest include Depression, Anxiety, Attachment, Trauma, Relationships, Eating Disorders, Stress, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, ADHD, and Autism. I provide therapy to adolescents and adults, adapting my approach to suit their unique needs and goals. Furthermore, my expertise includes dealing with overlapping conditions such as pain management, psychophysiological disorders and eating disorders. I offer sessions in person and online (via Zoom).

I am a registered member of UKCP (United Kingdom of Council of Psychotherapists), accredited with BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and a professional member of ACTO (Association for Counselling and Therapy Online).
