Any issue can be explored in our sessions, without fear of judgement. My approach is compassionate, kind and sensitive to your needs allowing us to pause together and really take the time to understand exactly what you are experiencing. Our work will be collaborative and engaging, exploring how you understand yourself and life's struggles.
One to one therapy for adults including autistic adults and people with mild to moderate learning difficulties.
Bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions. I offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy for people with or without a diagnosis, and adults with mild to moderate learning difficulties.
Fees are paid in advance of each session, either by bank transfer or online card payment. I charge £95 per session.
