I am a BACP- Accredited, Integrative Counsellor with extensive, specialist experience of working with young people both face-to-face and online. I offer face to face, telephone and video online counselling at the charity Hounslow Youth Counselling Service for young people aged 11-25 who live, work and study in Hounslow Borough. I am also the Lead Counsellor at Lady Eleanor Holles school offering students and staff counselling support in a blended approach using face-to-face and audio support as needed.

face-to-face or online/phone supervision. I hope to offer a supportive, warm and compassionate space to enable you to explore and develop your client work, offering gentle challenge to encourage a more in-depth and holistic awareness of self, client and the working context in the best interests of the client.

My supervision work is informed by almost 20 years’ experience as an integrative, relational counsellor with a person-centred core. As a supervisor, I approach the work using the Shohet and Hawkins’ ‘seven-eyed’ model of supervision which provides a helpful framework in which to reflect upon all aspects of the work in order to best support the client. As a BACP-accredited counsellor myself, I supervise counsellors in line with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I am also registered with ACTO and follow the ACTO ethical framework for OPT practice.
