I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) working. I have completed a Certificate in Online counselling and welcome exploring the creative opportunities of working online with you.
The therapeutic space I create with you through video, audio or email counselling is confidential. It is space and time dedicated for you to explore any challenges you currently experience in your life.
My approach sees the therapeutic relationship as a key. As an integrative counsellor, I'm open to exploring, naming, and voicing different aspects of our psychological development through our life journey and supporting you to find out who you really are. In the therapeutic relationship, your experience is witnessed, validated, and welcomed.
My most recent training is creative and embodied aspects of therapeutic work online. It is enriching how we can relate in therapy and open to the surprises of the journey.
I work with adults.
I have experience of working with people who experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, chronic pain and illness, and bereavement. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds.
My fee is £65.
