In my seventeen years as a therapist, I have had the privilege of meeting thousands of people, listening to their stories, and learning so much from each one of them.
I genuinely enjoy sitting down with clients to learn about their challenges.
I work with addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, sex, anger, loneliness, frustration, love, and relationships.
When you allow me the opportunity to listen to your struggles or suffering, I will try my best to help you face your demons.
The approach I use is the result of 17 years of working with clients. I graduated here in London, where I also completed my internship at a Soho clinic specialising in drug, alcohol, gambling, and sex addiction.

With over 17 years of experience, I specialise in clinical supervision, offering expert support to fellow therapists as they navigate their professional journeys.
I hold a Level 6 Counselling Qualification and an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision, including expertise in online and telephone therapy.
Currently, I run two supervision groups at clinics in London and work one-on-one with supervisees to provide guidance and support in their therapeutic practice.
