I work with adults of all ages who feel that their life is not where they would like it to be. I work with words, and with the wisdom and energies of the body.
I have worked in many roles - as a secretary, using foreign languages in a trade union body, and as a solicitor. I have been out of paid work due to redundancy. I have raised a family, now adults. I have lived as an outsider abroad, and as an unremarkable person in the UK. Difficult life experiences led me to therapy, and the healing I found there inspired me to qualify as a counsellor.
We will have four trial sessions, usually on Zoom, to ensure that we are a good match to work together. Once we both agree to continue together, I will follow your lead. Together we will reach explore how you came to be in your present situation, and how you may be able to come closer to living your best life. Energy psychotherapy can be an effective way of clearing barriers to healing and ease your path to living more fully.

I work with hurts caused by many things, including ageing, betrayal, relational trauma, anxiety, depression, and unhelpful relationships, particularly in childhood.
Our initial meeting is charged at a reduced fee of £40.
Thereafter, I charge £65 per counselling hour (50 minutes). Concessionary rates may be available.
Fees are negotiable should you wish to have a longer session to accommodate more in depth energy psychotherapy.
