I have been a therapist for over 15 years and worked with young people for over 40 years. I have also worked in West Africa, Iceland, France and Spain.
I use Mindfulness, Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Approaches and Person-Centered Counselling to support the specific therapies I use.

I try to create a supportive, respectful environment in which supervisees feel free to explore their own process, as well as that of their clients. I make constant efforts to try to stay up to date as much as possible, so that supervisees have help to stay relevant and to cover legal requirements, ethics and to cover some of the current research.
