I believe deeply in the potentials of compassion, empathy and self-awareness as a means of healing psychological wounds and helping us reach our full potential. People seek counselling for all kinds of different reasons, from stress, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, relationship problems, and many others. I aim to build an authentic and trusting relationship with the clients I work with and cultivate an environment of unconditional acceptance and non-judgement to work through whatever issues they may need to explore.
My training is in Transactional Analysis Counselling and Integrative Psychotherapy, and I offer a flexible approach tailored to the needs of each individual. I'm happy to work with people for as long as they find it necessary and helpful, whether that be weeks, months, or years, making sure to regularly review how things are going.
Please feel free to contact me to arrange an initial consultation free of charge. We can discuss what you might like to work on in counselling and you can get to meet me and see what it would be like to work together. My current working hours are Monday - Thursday daytime and evening.
My core training is in Transactional Analysis Counselling and Integrative Psychotherapy, with some additional training in Jungian clinical concepts and provision of online and telephone counselling. My aim is to build a supportive relationship with the clients I work with in which they feel seen and understood, and to create an environment of non-judgement and compassion focused care. I have experience working with a wide variety of individuals with complex and varied needs, and always look to tailor the therapeutic approach to meet the needs of each individual client.

Standard fee is £40 for a 60min session. Limited number of low cost sessions at £25 available for people on low incomes.
