Are you currently feeling down, anxious or stressed? Have you reached a point where you're feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns and finding it difficult to move forwards? Do you feel that you need to make changes in your life, but don't know where to start?
I’m here to offer support and work together with you to find a way forwards, and I look forward to hearing from you.
I am a chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS), a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and a registered Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I am also a qualified Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) practitioner and adopt a personal meditation practice. In addition, I hold a certificate in online counselling and have completed specialist training as an online supervisor. I am also a Senior Professional Member with the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO), and have experience as a Director on their board. I have many years of experience working for the NHS and private sector in person and online, and with a range of difficulties (including depression or low mood, low self-esteem, stress, worry, panic attacks, health anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, body dysmorphia, traumatic experiences and difficulties stemming back to childhood).
I will provide you a confidential, safe space in which we can collaboratively explore and understand your difficulties. Whatever your goal or desired focus, we can work together to take steps to achieving this. I have a compassionate, non-judgemental style and my approach is flexible to tailor the sessions according to your individual needs.
I am trained to draw on one form of therapy or integrate different approaches depending on what best suits you, such as person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, narrative exposure therapy (NET), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) and compassionate focused therapy (CFT).
I aim to tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, so if you have a preference for a particular approach, I welcome you to discuss this with me so we can ensure we are working together in the most helpful way for you.
If you feel that I may be the right therapist for you, you are most welcome to send me a message and we can arrange an initial appointment to discuss your needs.

I have experience in using different therapeutic and supervisory modalities, and aim to tailor my approach to suit your individual needs.
If you feel I may be the right supervisor for you, you are most welcome to reach out and send me a message, so that we can discuss the most helpful way of working together and next steps.

At the core of what I offer as a supervisor is the relationship between supervisor and supervisee. I aim to provide a safe space for you in supervision to bring your clinical work and navigate the dilemmas and challenges we often face in our journeys as clinicians. As sessions progress, we will make time to review how we are doing together as well as your development, as I value your feedback and encourage you to let me know what works best for you so that you can get the most out of supervision.
I am able to offer individual supervision (via video, voice, live chat and email) and group supervision sessions via video. You may wish to receive supervision using exclusively one medium (e.g. video), or a mixture of different mediums, depending on your needs and the formats you currently offer your clients.
