Welcome, and thank you for visiting my profile.
I’m a BACP-accredited and registered counsellor with over 20 years of experience, and a qualified Supervisor. I have worked across a range of settings including schools, universities, EAPs, and private practice. I also hold an enhanced, up-to-date DBS check.
My practice is focused on online and telephone counselling, offering flexible and accessible support to suit your lifestyle. I work with young adults, adults, and older individuals, supporting a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, work-related stress, bereavement, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. I have particular experience working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism.
Whether you prefer video sessions, telephone calls, or a hybrid approach, I aim to make therapy easy to access, especially if in-person support isn’t possible or preferable due to time, mobility, location, or personal comfort.
I offer a warm, calm, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I understand that emotional distress can affect all areas of life—physically, emotionally, and relationally—and that seeking support can feel daunting.
If you're looking for a supportive, experienced online or telephone therapist, please feel free to get in touch. I'm happy to answer any questions about how I work and whether it might be a good fit for you.
Thanks,
Becky

Hi, I'm a qualified and experienced supervisor offering online and in-person supervision to counsellors, therapists, and helping professionals. I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, and Person-Centred approaches. My style is collaborative, creative, and reflective—supporting ethical, effective, and attuned practice across a range of client groups and modalities.
Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile.
I am a qualified and experienced individual and group supervisor, offering online and in-person supervision from an integrative perspective. I work with counsellors, therapists, and professionals in pastoral or other caring roles, supporting those who work with a wide range of client groups—including children, young people, adults, and couples.
I’m a BACP-accredited counsellor and work in line with their Ethical Framework, grounding my supervision in respect, integrity, and a strong commitment to ethical, reflective practice.
I bring creativity into the supervisory space—using metaphor, imagery, language, and sometimes creative materials to explore client work in fresh and meaningful ways.
My style is collaborative and relational. I don’t see myself as the expert on you or your clients, but rather as a supportive partner—offering space, curiosity, and perspective. I pay attention to the parallel processes and dynamics that emerge in the work, always aiming to support ethical, attuned, and effective practice.
Supervision is available online (via video or phone) and in person, depending on your needs and location. I welcome new supervisees and am happy to offer an informal conversation to explore whether we’d be a good fit.
My core training is psychodynamic, complemented by post-qualification training in Transactional Analysis and Person-Centred approaches. I also hold a degree in Psychology. These foundations inform my adaptable, integrative approach to supervision, shaped by the individual needs, modality, and client focus of each supervisee.
My fees are £55 for a 60 minute Supervision appointment or £70 for 1.5hrs Supervision.
Payment is required in advance or on the day of the appointment by bank transfer.
