I specialise in working with adults and young people (ages 9-18) who have been diagnosed with PTSD, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), or who are struggling with trauma symptoms. My therapy sessions are tailored to meet you where you are at—with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based trauma treatments. Together, we will work toward reclaiming the parts of yourself that may feel lost, broken, unheard, or disconnected.
Trauma and PTSD
Complex Trauma
Each therapy session lasts for an hour and costs £70 which is payable 24 hours prior to your session starting. I use a secure online invoicing platform called Stripe for all payment transactions which allows me to generate invoices and send a payment link to your chosen email address.
