I am a pluralistic counsellor meaning that my support for you can be adapted based on what you bring and what you need, whether that is more targeted and immediate relief from negative thoughts or a slower paced space to enable you to really be heard and let go of your emotions surrounding your past. I believe that the purpose of therapy is to give you faith and understanding in yourself so you are then prepared to face things as they may come up in the future. To enable this I can offer you a supportive, empathetic and non judgemental space, where you can speak freely and say whatever you need to. Low mood, depression, anxiety, self confidence, low self esteem, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, grief, intrusive thoughts, dealing with uncertainty, and existential crisis.
I offer an initial FREE 30 minute consultation to learn a bit more about you and what you are aiming for as a result of your therapy. Following this, sessions are charged at £50 per 50 minute appointment.
