We ask our therapists to be online trained, the same goes for online supervisors.
Try to select your supervision in the same way that you work yourself.
So for example if you work through email, try to find a supervisor that works through email as well.
A short history
Courses to become an online therapist have been around for more than twenty years. The same is not true for courses on online supervision. That is one of the reasons why there are fewer supervisors than therapists on our registers. The first courses in online supervision appeared in the years after 2010.
