I am passionate about what I do, so I continue to develop my knowledge of mental health and psychological methods. I enjoy learning and practising well-being. This has taken me into different interests such as Mental Health First Aid Instructor Training and Gravity Yoga Instructor training. Currently, I am an EMDR practitioner, which is recognised by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and The World Health Organisation (WHO) as an evidence-based practice to treat the effects of trauma. The mind-body connection is something that I encourage others to explore. Above all, I recognise that not everything is for everyone, but when you find helpful ways to manage, it can make all the difference in how you feel about yourself, and how you feel about life.

I use an integrative and holistic approach having trained in Gestalt Counselling, and further developed my knowledge in behavioural approaches to support people with eating disorders, body image and sexual difficulties.
