I offer high-quality online and in-person counselling that integrates evidence-informed therapeutic techniques. My practice emphasizes accessibility and convenience without compromising on professional standards, ensuring that clients receive effective, confidential, and ethical care. I draw on a blend of modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
My approach is relationship-centred and solution-focused. I work collaboratively with clients to identify goals and strengths, guiding them toward meaningful change. I employ techniques from cognitive-behavioural, emotional exploration, and existential therapies. We co-create coping strategies, promote self-reflection, and build resilience, always within a supportive and empathic environment.
I work with a wide range of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My practice is inclusive of individuals from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds. I support those facing transitional life stages, educational challenges, or psychological distress, with particular interest in those seeking online support due to access barriers.

With over a decade of experience supervising student counsellors, I offer reflective, collaborative, and ethically grounded online and in-person supervision. My supervision approach emphasizes building a strong supervisory alliance where supervisees feel supported in reflecting on their practice, receiving constructive feedback, and developing their professional identity. I address both clinical skills and the unique considerations of online counselling—such as digital ethics, boundary management, and handling technical disruptions. My goal is to prepare supervisees for competent, informed, and client-centered practice in diverse settings.
