There are so many reasons you may be considering working with me. Some of these reasons including feelings of low mood or depression, worry, bereavement or loss (of job for example), change in circumstances or you may have suffered abuse or trauma (either recently or in the past). Sometimes it can just be that something doesn't feel right and you just can't put your finger on what it is. I will work with you to help you through whatever it is you are going through. I don't judge, interpret or analyse anything, I will accept you no matter what. I understand that counselling can be challenging at times, but more importantly it can be empowering, enlightening and life-changing. I would love to work with you to help you understand yourself and whatever circumstances you are in, so that you can move forwards in a way that feels right for you. You may discover a new normal, recognise a new beginning or discover a new, better balance for your life.
