With nearly two decades in the mental health field, I specialise in relational, trauma-informed psychotherapy, grounded in Carolyn Spring’s frameworks for healing complex trauma. Her 4D Model — centred on regulation before integration, restoring agency — shapes the way I work and underpins every session.
Since qualifying in 2010 as a Person-Centred Counsellor & Psychotherapist, I have focused on supporting adults living with complex trauma, dissociation, and eating difficulties, as well as challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, personality adaptations, and addictions.
I integrate a range of approaches from a developmental and relational aspect, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Lifespan Integration, Schema Therapy for Eating Disorders, trauma-informed CBT/DBT, EFT, Gestalt, EMDR and attachment-based therapies. This flexibility allows me to meet each person where they are, always keeping in mind how trauma affects both body and brain, and how lasting change can be achieved.
Although I have undertaken extensive post-qualifying training, the greatest source of my learning comes from my clients. Theory provides the map, but they are the experts on themselves. My role is not to take the driver’s seat but to walk alongside them — supporting their journey of discovery, helping them reconnect with their strengths, and travelling at the pace that feels right for them.
Over the years, I have:
Worked with hundreds of clients in private practice, outpatient services, and residential treatment.
Co-created and led a trauma-informed residential treatment centre in Spain.
Provided clinical supervision for therapists working with complex trauma, dissociation, and disordered eating.
I am a Registered Member of the BACP and ACTO, working exclusively online across the UK with adults, supervisees, and practitioners seeking safe, collaborative, and transformative spaces.
This isn't therapy aimed at fixing you.
It's about seeing, valuing, and gently nurturing the parts of you that have carried you through everything until now.
I create space for people moving through complex trauma, dissociation, eating struggles, chronic pain, loss, and the kinds of relational injuries that leave you simultaneously yearning for connection and deeply afraid of it. If this speaks to you, know that you're not alone.
This is therapy that honours where you are right now, without pressure to be 'fixed' or urgency to feel better. Whether we meet online or by phone, I provide a trauma-informed, relational space where your experiences are held with deep care and your ways of surviving are never seen as pathology.
This is a space that moves at your pace.
My approach is collaborative, deeply relational, and grounded in respect for your nervous system's wisdom. I don't believe in managing symptoms or rushing change. I believe in being with what's here, with compassion and clarity.
I work integratively, drawing from trauma-informed models that honour the ways you've survived. My practice is rooted in Carolyn Spring's frameworks and shaped by both clinical training and lived experience.
I work from a place of curiosity over assumption, collaboration over control. My role isn't to lead you somewhere predetermined. It's to accompany you as you explore what healing might mean for you.
Together, we'll work toward the meaningful change you truly deserve.
I work with adults (18+) who often feel misunderstood by systems, previous therapists, and sometimes even by themselves. You might be navigating dissociation, eating difficulties that don't fit standard categories, chronic pain, or the lasting impact of relational trauma. Perhaps you swing between feeling overwhelmed and feeling nothing at all. Maybe you're simply tired of trying to keep everything together. You want change, but safety has to come first.
Co-Created Therapy That Responds to You
My approach isn't about following a predetermined path—it's collaborative and responsive to what you bring. Through our work together, you might notice yourself becoming more present, more able to make choices, less caught in shame. You may discover you can set boundaries that once felt impossible, and speak, rest, eat, and move from a place of deeper self-knowing
I work with individuals 18+ and trained professionals seeking supervision.
