Online therapy has given people more choice over the way they receive therapy and I believe this makes counselling more accessible, flexible and often easier to attend. I offer flexible appointments and provide short term, single sessions and longer term therapy
As well as individual therapy, I also offer a variety of group sessions.
We face a lot of different changes and challenges in our lives, some we deal with, some we manage through talking with friends and family and some we find difficult to make sense of or cope with and need more focused help to get through. Counselling can help to manage and makes sense of your experience, thoughts and feelings and explore ways to cope and build resilience for the future. I provide online therapy via video, email and Instant messaging. I also believe that the length of counselling is very personal to individual circumstances, and I offer short term, single sessions as well as longer term therapy.
I believe counselling should be flexible and suit your own individual needs and circumstances. I am trained in different approaches so that I can work with different approaches and work collaboratively with you.
On a practical level, I try and fit sessions around your other commitments, and this may mean that we don't always have the same time each week. You are not tied into any particular number of sessions and we will review your needs as we meet each time.
